  1. Kolkata- the city of Joy is the second largest city in the country and it is the face of West Bengal. It is also the aesthetic, social and intellectual capital of the nation. With its history being 350 years old, it has some stunning architectural marvels of historical importance located here. Victoria Memorial, Howrah Bridge, Eden Gardens, Fort William, Thakur Bari, and the ancestral home of Rabindranath Tagore are some of the best places to visit.
